Das schmale, langgestreckte Grundstück verbindet die Peter-Jordan- mit der Felix-Dahn-Straße, wobei das Gelände einen Niveauunterschied von rund 3m aufweist.

Geplant wurden 2 Wohnhäuser mit je 4 großzügigen Wohneinheiten, die über ihre einheitliche Formensprache und prägnante Farbgebung miteinander kommunizieren. Ein Tiefgaragengeschoß bildet den Sockel für die Anlage und verbindet die beiden Häuser miteinander. Jeder Wohneinheit wurden private Freiräume zugeordnet.

Design, construction supervision

The narrow, elongated lot connects the Peter-Jordan-Straße with the Felix-Dahn-Straße, and shows a level difference of around 3m.

Planned were 2 housing buildings with 4 units each, that communicate with each other via a consistend style and a concise colouring. An underground parking lot acts as the foundation for the structure and connects the two houses. Every housing unit has private free spaces assigned to it.
